Bishop continues to recover after surgery
Wednesday 28 July 2010
The Bishop of Connor, the Rt Rev Alan Abernethy, who underwent surgery in May, is continuing to recover and hopes to be back at work in mid to late August.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Bishop as he strives to return to full health.
The Ven Barry Dodds, Archdeacon of Belfast, will be Bishop’s Commissary until August 9, and the Ven Dr Stephen McBride, Archdeacon of Connor, will be Commissary from August 10.
